Mr. SENG Hong is an Expert in Education and Development with
extensive experience in Cambodia. His expertise includes Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Impact Assessment, Project Design, Policy/Strategy Review and Development, Curriculum Development, Leadership, and GESI (Gender Equality and Social Inclusion). He has collaborated with international partners like ADB, WB, EU, SDC, and UN Agencies, working on TVET, Skills Development, and Educational Quality Improvements. He has also supported several ministries Including MoEYS, MEF, MoI, and MLVT.
An AIT Alumnus with a Master’s in Regional and Rural Development
Planning (2002), Mr. Hong is actively involved in promoting Khmer
Literature and Education through various initiatives and volunteer roles, including the Khmer Literature Festival, and Creative Art. If elected to the AIT-AACC Committee, he pledges to Enhance Member Engagement and Strengthen the Association’s Strategic Presence.
In his leisure, he enjoys Cycling, Running, Swimming, Yoga, Hiking, Reading and Writing, and Sharing Knowledge with Young People.

Sok Lang
Mrs. Sok Lang has over 15 years of experience in trade, investment, and sustainable development. She has held key roles, including trade commissioner at the Canadian Embassy and SDG specialist with UNDP Cambodia. An MBA graduate from AIT, Mrs. Lang excels in stakeholder engagement, public and private sector partnerships, and climate-smart investments. She is also a founding partner of Study International Cambodia, promoting international education.
